How long will my order take?
Depending on what you order and when you order will determine how
long it take to process. Certain times of the year (Holiday, Graduation, etc..)
are subject for longer processing times. Most orders, however, are processed and
shipped out no longer than 5-10 days. Certain products take longer and are
stated in the item description if extra shipping time is
expected..
What form of payments do you accept?
You can pay online thru paypal. Credit Cards are only accepted
thru paypal. You are also welcome to mail a check, money order or cashiers
checks. All personal checks are subject to clearance before items are printed
and shipped.
What is your return policy?
Sorry, I do not accept returns. If an error occurs on my part- I
will be more than happy to correct it and send you a new product. Please make
sure you double check all orders before submitting them so they will be
correct!

Your order ships for a flat rate of $6.00.. regarless of the size! FONT>
Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you live in the state of Mississippi you are required to pay
Mississippi Sales tax. If you live outside of Mississippi- no you do not have to
pay taxes.
Will you ship my items as a gift?
Of course, just email me and let me know what I can
do!
Do you send a proof before you print?
No. If I feel your item looks good and I like it I will not send a
proof unless I feel you should double check or change something you submitted to
me.
Do you take Custom Orders?
Depending on the time you ask! Custom orders are taken on an
individual basis. All invitations, announcements, business cards and any item
made just for you is considered a custom order!
Do you charge for Custom Orders?
Yes. Sorry but my time is precious. Maybe just to me- but there is
a small custom fee. Usually the fee is between $8.00-$15.00.
Can I take a design from one product and put it on
another?
Probably! Email me and let me know what you want to do and we will
discuss it! If it can be done there is a special purchase link on the “other”
section of the website. However, please do not use this feature unless we have
discussed the item you are requesting first.
If I order multiple sets of an item- can I get a
discount?
My least favorite question *that is why I added it to the
list*!
I love a deal just as much as anyone but please do not try to
bargain with me! I love you all but I cannot give it away! I charge my own
husband for business cards- so you know my prices are firm!
Do you sale wholesale?
At this time I do not. If at sometime I think it is a direction I
would like to go- there will be a wholesale link on the website for you to
use.
