Changes to Orders:
Because orders are processed in a very timely manner changes can not be made to orders after they have been placed. If you discover that something is incorrect on your order after you place it- email me immediately. If the order has not been processed there will not be a charge to change the information you submitted. However, if the order has been processed you will not be able to make changes without reordering the product.
Returns:
I do not accept returns on any stationery products. If there is a mistake on my part a new corrected item will be shipped out as soon as possible to replace the incorrect item.
Payment:
Please mail or pay online thru paypal as quickly as possible. All major credit cards are processed through paypal and you do not have to have an account with paypal to use your credit cards. It will walk you through paying during chekout when you select paypal. Orders not paid for will be deleted after 60 days. There is an option to mail a payment during the checkout process. Your order might be held until checks have cleared the bank.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped thru the United States Postal Service. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders- regardless of the size.
