Changes to Orders:

Because orders are processed in a very timely manner changes can not be made to orders after they have been placed. If you discover that something is incorrect on your order after you place it- email me immediately. If the order has not been processed there will not be a charge to change the information you submitted. However, if the order has been processed you will not be able to make changes without reordering the product.

Returns:

I do not accept returns on any stationery products. If there is a mistake on my part a new corrected item will be shipped out as soon as possible to replace the incorrect item.

 

Payment:

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received.

 Shipping:

All orders are shipped thru the United States Postal Service.  Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders- regardless of the size.
